I hope you have a good time with your family and are thankful for the many blessings you have gotten over the last year. But what does thanksgiving really mean? Well, at face value it means "giving" thanks. But thanks to to who and for what? We all know the story of the Pilgrims and the Native people of America sharing a meal and giving thanks to God. All through the centuries there have been celebrations of thanks to a number of so-called deities. But do people today really thank God? What is interesting about the story is that it was passed in a liberal blue state. Many wonder why so many chose to ban it when most publicly support the homosexual agenda. What could be the reason? How should Christians react to this news? Many will no doubt celebrate, but a true Christian grieves over the tragedy of a whole group of people openly rejecting God and the "natural use" of men and women.
