Filming Doesn't Have to Stop
Maybe you are just recording an interview. In such instances it would be a huge inconvenience, not to mention extremely unprofessional, to have to pause mid-interview to recharge your video camera battery. Having an extra battery to power your video camera keeps things on schedule and shows professionalism.
